I cannot manually add a card, a message shows saying it's blocked for one hour. What's the reason?
For security reasons, we have blocked the digitisation possibility for your Gift Card during an hour due to many failed attempts of entering your card information.
You can wait an hour and try again or alternatively, contact us through the link below. Bear in mind you will be asked for the proof of purchase of the Gift Card you are trying to digitise to unblock your card.
