I lost my physical Gift Card, what should I do now?

If you lost your physical Gift Card that you had already digitised with the Giftify app, there is no problem because the balance that was on your physical Gift Card has been transferred to the digital Gift Card during the digitisation process.

If you lost the physical Gift Card that you haven't digitised on the app, please follow the standard support process: contact your Shopping Centre support directly, so they can block your physical card and provide you with a new one. Bear in mind you will have to present the proof of purchase of the Gift Card to prove you have full rights to the Gift Card that got lost. Additional fees may apply depending on the Shopping Centre's policy.
