I lost my phone along with my digital Gift Cards. How can I recover them?

If you have lost your phone with your digital Gift Cards added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, your cards will still be accessible within your account wallet on all the devices where you log in to your Apple or Google account.

If you're unable to recover your cards after losing your phone, please contact the issuer of your Gift Cards at the Shopping Centre. They can block your digital cards and issue a new physical one.

Keep in mind that proof of purchase will be required, and additional fees may apply.
